For starters, batteries in this day and age are just kinda crazy. I wish it was USB rechargeable or something. Secondly, you pretty much HAVE to use it with your hands. There's no riding it or attempting leaving it in as it will fall out pretty easily so constant contact/holding is required. Also I don't know if this is just a "me" thing but the way the end feels against my inner thighs isn't very pleasant, I clench my legs together sometimes and it runs quite roughly on the end where the you twist it to turn on. But other than that it's a handy little unit
