All orders placed before 7.00pm PST (Sunday-Thursday) will be dispatched same day. If you've missed the 7.00pm cut off time, or for reasons your order was not able to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

- 3-10 working days 'Standard Shipping' - $9.99 per order
This is a track and trace service that will not require a signature. If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at your address. However, the driver or postie, may choose to leave a card for collection at your nearest Post Office if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery.
Please Note: By choosing this delivery option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property. However, we will assist to rectify any delivery issues with the postal service.
- 2-4 working days 'Express Shipping' - $16.99 per order
'Express Shipping' service is fully trackable and will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the Post Office to arrange collection of your parcel.
Please Note: Shipping to remote areas may take slightly longer than the times mentioned above.
- 3-10 working days 'Receipted Delivery' - $9.99 per order
Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.
'Receipted Delivery' service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
- 2-4 working days 'Express International Courier' - $16.99 per order
'Express International Courier' service is fully trackable and will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the Post Office to arrange collection of your parcel.
Please Note: USA and International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
